Clear Space Psychology

Psychological treatment for anxiety, mood and stress-related conditions.

Collaborative, individualised online consultations for adults across Australia.

Consultation fee $250 per 50-minute session.

Approach

Evidence-based, collaboratively developed.

Each course of therapy is collaboratively developed and individually tailored. Treatment begins with a clinical assessment, followed by a shared formulation and an individualised treatment plan drawing on established, evidence-based protocols.

01

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

One of the most studied talking treatments for anxiety and depression. Identifies the thought, behaviour and emotion patterns that maintain difficulty, and adjusts them through structured, between-session practice.

02

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Builds psychological flexibility: room to experience difficult thoughts and feelings without being run by them, while making deliberate choices in line with what matters to you.

03

The Unified Protocol

A transdiagnostic CBT-based treatment developed at Boston University. Targets the shared mechanisms underlying anxiety, depression and related emotional disorders.

Outcomes are monitored throughout treatment using standardised measures (GAD-7, PHQ-9, K-10), so that progress is reviewed objectively, not inferred.
